Due Back in Stock Delays

You might have noticed over the last month or so changes to the "due back" in stock months we have been providing on our product pages. We are really sorry for the continual movement in these dates.

There is huge pressure on the global shipping capacity at the moment which is having an effect on both empty container availability and space on the vessels.

Despite production completing on time, which is how we estimate when the stock will arrive back, shipping capacity is causing all the problems.

In general the vessels sail weekly so if they do not get loaded you would expect them to be loaded the following week however we are experiencing containers being rolled over for 2-3 weeks. Depending on when that vessel is scheduled to leave and the number of days sailing it can effect the estimated arrival up to 1-1.5 months.

We will never give more specific dates for arrival until the container is actually loaded and the vessel is heading our way, thats when we can make the stock available to PRE-ORDER and we will have a more accurate idea of the arrival and then delivery to you.
